ZEEH director, Kaluba, arrested for allegedly masterminding fraud totaling K370,480

Zambian Excellence Entrepreneurship Hub (ZEEH) Limited Director, Lucky Kaluba, has been arrested and charged with obtaining K370,480 by false pretence.

Police Spokesperson, Rae Hamoonga, confirmed the arrest of Mr. Kaluba in a statement issued in Lusaka on Sunday.

He said Police on July 11, 2023 received a complaint of obtaining money by false pretences from Nathan Phiri.

“Mr. Phiri reported on behalf of Mwasauka Cooperative market in Garden Compound that the accused fraudulently obtained money from marketeers,” Hamoonga said.

He said Mr. Kaluba was purporting that the money was for insurance and registration fees totaling K370, 480 by falsely pretending that he was going to give them loans.

“The accused has been released on police bond and will appear in court soon,” Hamoonga said.
